YOUCHI SERVICES Thank you for using Youchi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Youchi mobile app and website at youchi.io (collectively "Youchi" or "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
By using Youchi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Youchi account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you post on Youchi, including photos, messages, and profile information. However, by posting content, you grant Youchi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Services.
All Youchi trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Youchi. You may not use these without our prior written consent.
Youchi offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription purchased through the App Store, Google Play, or our website.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund policies are governed by the respective app store's terms. Pricing may change at any time with notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings or by contacting support@youchi.io. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
YOUCHI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH OR THAT YOUR INTERACTIONS WILL BE SAFE OR SUCCESSFUL.
Youchi is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the Services. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly encourage you to meet in public places and take appropriate safety precautions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUCHI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold Youchi harmless from any claims, losses, liability, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another user.
Your use of Youchi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app and updating the date below. Continued use of Youchi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
